Our society has reached a point where happiness is defined through material wealth. If you have a lot of money and possessions, you are considered to be a successful and happy person.

But is it truly so? Can only material things that exist outside of you make you happy from within?

I believe that true happiness comes from finding and maintaining a balance between different life aspects that gift you with sincere joy in life.

These aspects are:

* Your physical health

* Your personal family life

* Your public life

* Your work and material needs

* Your deeply personal inner life

Success doesn´t only mean being rich and having many possessions. It means understanding how all these aspects of your life are connected and influenced by one another.

If you invest your focus and time on one thing only, it will slowly start destroying other aspects of your life, and sooner or later, you will be out of balance and fall.

To truly be successful and happy on every level of your existence, you need to continuously invest your time into all of these aspects.

Money is necessary because it helps you find a home and buy food and clothes.

However, you also need to have good physical health, which gives you the energy to create a better future for yourself and your family.

You need to have loved ones to share your journey with. We all need some alone time, but none of us is meant to be lonely. The sincere love that you share with others will be your most important legacy.

Your public life will leave a mark on the pages of history and reflect your respect for Earth and future generations. What are you doing to change the world for the better?

And last but not least - your inner life. The world around you is your most precise mirror. Take the time and think about what makes you happy and then go and do it!

So, is your life balanced and full of joy?

Or are you feeling like you are constantly falling down, no matter what you do?
Whatever the answer, remember, every day is a new beginning, and it is never too late to start again!

To wiser days and enlightened ways,
