What Is the Connection Between a Healthy Diet and an Awakening?

Our bodies require energy from food to function properly, just like everything and everyone else on this planet. 

However, it is crucial to consume the right kind of energy. Similar to how your car needs the appropriate type of gasoline or your phone needs the right battery, your physical body also requires the correct fuel with the help of a healthy diet.

Taking care of your physical health is crucial if you want to achieve a state of balance and love and awaken on all levels of your being. By providing your body with good energy, it can remain strong and healthy and vibrate at a higher frequency, which is a prerequisite for spiritual awakening.

It's important to note that your body has the ability to heal itself, but neglecting its needs can result in various illnesses, which serve as a reminder to prioritize self-care. 

Our environment can be both physically and emotionally toxic. However, this is part of the learning and growth process not only for ourselves but also for society and the planet. It's important to begin with small changes that your body can handle. Listen to your body and make changes at a pace that is comfortable for you. Avoid making drastic changes that can create shock and resistance. As you become less toxic, you'll notice a stronger, clearer, and more balanced communication between your body, mind, and soul and the universe itself.

What are the First Simple Steps to Starting a Healthy Diet for Spiritual Awakening?

1. Detox regularly.
Read and learn about toxins you consume from the environment, medications, household products, food, and beverages. Also, learn about parasites and candida overgrowth, how they hurt your body, and how to get them under control. It is crucial to get as much information as possible and detox very wisely. Otherwise, you end up hurting yourself.

2. Start consuming healthy and organic food.  

Bring back as many fruits and vegetables on your table as possible. Slowly start with juicing and smoothies. That is where you get most of your energy from.

Learn about superfoods and food supplements. You really do need them. Our fresh food only has some of the much-needed nutrients because the soil is very poor in nutrients from over-cultivation.


3. If possible, take the food intolerance test. 
Finding out exactly which foods your body cannot digest can drastically improve your life. Food intolerance and the lack of much-needed nutrients can cause many complaints, such as migraines, acne, stress, depression, exhaustion, and chronic diseases.

Food that is bad for you wrecks your body from within, and your body is trying to let you know about the problem by complaining to you physically through illnesses.

Sadly, the truth is that a sick person is a source of revenue for the pharmaceutical industry, and thus, we are misguided when it comes to our health.

If you want to awaken and reconnect with your entire being, your body needs to be in tune with the right frequency. It should be as healthy as possible so that the source energy can flow freely through it, bringing you closer to the beautifully balanced life you were meant to live.

Currently, on this planet, fighting for your health and taking care of your body is a life-long journey. But it is a highly necessary fight because our generation needs to take responsibility for the harm done and break the patterns of exploitation and greed. We are the ones who have to leave behind a healthier planet for future generations.
